Snorers
have at least one of the following problems:
- Low
muscle tone in the muscles of the throat or tongue. Some loose muscles produce
the tongue to fall back and the throat muscles collapse airways. This occurs
when the muscle tone of the person is very relaxed by alcohol, drugs or drugs
that cause drowsiness. But also it occurs in some people when they are relaxed
in phases of deep sleep.

Excessive development of the tissues of the throat. Large tonsils or adenoids
developed excessively, for example, are the cause of snoring in children. Obese
people also experience an increase in the size of these tissues. Similarly,

As
general treatments are recommended as personal
care:

Avoid sedentary life and perform daily exercises.

Avoid the use of tranquilizers and antihistamines before bedtime.
- Do
not drink alcohol before bed.
- Do
not make big dinner before bed.

Avoid excessive fatigue.

Preferably better than sleeping on your back side.

Place the inclined bed, lifting the head.

Ensure that the people in your family to sleep earlier.
