Golden Rules for Nice-Looking Feet

And do you sometimes envy the look other women get with their elegant heeled sandals or, simply, with their sexy naked feet on the beach? Well, without falling into tedious comparisons - you are beautiful as you are - this 'game' can serve as a motivation to know how you would like your figure, your skin or your feet.

Let's start with a salt water bath
We are not going to try to prepare a spa at home but you start giving your feet a bath of hot water with thick salt sea, to soften the skin and nails. If you also have swollen feet and / or very tired, activate the blood circulation alternating baths of hot and cold water, then you will notice lighter. With 10 minutes will be enough.

Cut the nails
With the aid of a pair of toe nail clippers, leave them square and straight, without trimming the corners to avoid the annoying reddish nails. Do you doubt how long they should have? There is a very simple rule: leave them at the same height as the fingertips, without protruding one or the other. Smooth edges and peaks with the aid of a file, moving it in only one direction.

Without nail polish
Remove the enamel debris with a specific product, if possible without acetone. Do you know why? Acetone is a solvent as active with the nail polish as with the nails themselves. That is why it can dry and weaken them.

Goodbye to roughness
Especially in summer the feet dry and sweat more, so it is easy to look rough. Eliminate hardness with a pumice stone or a special file for feet. Check the pad under the fingers, like moccasins flats, the outer side of the 'big toe', the heels...
